  • Wigs described as "human hair" or "synthetic" are labeled as such at the time of listing; care instructions may differ between hair types and are provided with the product or on our site where available.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing/description errors at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment card details.
  • You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply to international orders, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

5. Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout or on our Shipping Policy page; these are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions on our Return & Refund Policy page.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must generally be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags/hygiene liners intact where applicable. For hygiene reasons, worn wigs or opened hair products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once a returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

7. Account Registration


If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
