How do I place an order?

Do I need an account to shop with you?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as it hasn't already been packed for shipping. Contact us right away with your order number and the change needed, and we'll do everything possible to update it before it leaves our warehouse.

Wig Quality & Hair Types

What's the difference between human hair and synthetic wigs?

Human hair wigs are made from real, ethically sourced hair — you can wash it, heat-style it, color it, and part it anywhere, because it behaves like your natural hair. Synthetic wigs are made from quality fibers pre-styled to hold their shape wash after wash, perfect for a gorgeous, low-maintenance look with zero styling required. Neither is "better" — it depends on whether you want styling freedom or convenience.

What does "HD Lace" mean, and is it worth it?

HD lace is thinner and more transparent than standard lace, blending invisibly into your skin tone at the hairline so the "wig line" disappears. It's worth it if you'll wear your hair up, take close-up photos, or want a completely seamless look. If you're mostly wearing hair down, our standard lace front styles give a natural finish too, at a better price.

What is a glueless wig can I really wear it without adhesive?

Yes. Our glueless wigs use an adjustable strap, combs, and a snug, pre-cut cap that grips securely without glue, tape, or bonding spray — faster to put on, easier to take off, and gentler on sensitive skin and edges.

Where does your human hair come from, and how long will it last?

It's ethically sourced and cuticle-aligned to preserve strength and shine. With proper care, a human hair wig typically lasts 12 months or longer with regular wear. Synthetic wigs generally last 4–6 months with regular wear.

Can I dye, bleach, or heat-style my wig?

For human hair pieces, yes — flat iron or curl it just like your own hair, with a heat protectant and low-to-medium heat. We don't recommend dyeing lighter at home; leave that to a stylist. Synthetic wigs should never touch direct heat or hot water, as the fiber can melt or frizz permanently.

Do your wigs come pre-plucked with baby hairs?

Yes — our lace front and HD lace styles arrive pre-plucked with natural baby hairs already in place, so there's no extra plucking needed.

Sizing, Fit & Install

How do I know which cap size fits my head?

Most wigs have an adjustable strap inside, comfortably fitting head circumferences of roughly 21–23.5 inches. To double-check, measure around your forehead, above your ears, and around the back with a soft tape, then compare to the size chart on the product page. Message us your measurement if you're unsure.

I'm new to wigs — will it look natural, or obviously "wig-like"?

Our lace front and HD lace styles are designed to mimic a natural hairline and scalp — with a proper install (laying the lace flat, blending baby hairs, matching lace tone to skin), it looks like hair genuinely growing from your head. We're happy to share styling tips before your wig even arrives.

Do I need glue or professional help to install my wig?

Not necessarily. Our glueless wigs are built for a no-adhesive, at-home install. If you've chosen a lace front and want extra security for long days or special occasions, a thin layer of wig glue or a grip band can help — but it's optional.

Can I swim, exercise, or sleep in my wig?

Light activity and workouts are fine with a securely fitted wig. For swimming, wear a swim cap underneath to protect it from chlorine or salt water. For sleep, either remove it and store it on a stand, or wrap it (and your hair) in a satin scarf or bonnet to prevent friction and tangling.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day, hassle-free return window from the date of delivery. Just contact our team within 30 days to start the process.

What condition does the item need to be in for a return?

Wigs need to be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition — no cutting, coloring, styling product, or lace tinting — with tags and packaging intact where possible. This is standard across the wig industry for hygiene reasons, ensuring every wig you receive is genuinely untouched.

My color or length doesn't look right in person — can I exchange it?

Of course. Screen colors vary between monitors, and we want you to love what you get. Contact us within the 30-day window and we'll help you exchange it for a different color, length, or style.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to reflect it.

What if my wig arrived with a defect?

Let us know within 30 days with a couple of photos, and we'll prioritize a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Wig Care & Longevity

How often should I wash my wig?

For human hair worn daily, every 7–14 wears is a good rhythm. Use sulfate-free shampoo and a light conditioner, wash in cool-to-lukewarm water, and air-dry on a wig stand rather than wringing it.

How should I store my wig when I'm not wearing it?

A wig stand or mannequin head helps it hold its shape and lets the cap breathe. For travel, use the original packaging or a satin bag to protect it from friction and tangling.

My wig feels tangled or dry what am I doing wrong?

Usually one of three things: brushing it dry with a regular brush instead of a wide-tooth comb, sleeping in it without a satin scarf or bonnet, or skipping conditioner. A leave-in conditioner or light oil on mid-shaft to ends works well between washes.

Jewelry

What materials are your necklaces, earrings, and bracelets made from?

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic, and will it tarnish?
